Corporate Partnership

Corporate partnership transactions, transactions in which we invest capital alongside a major corporation, represent a signature form of private equity investing for us.

As of November 30, 2019, we had invested over US$19.49 million of equity capital, or approximately 25% of total corporate private equity capital invested or committed by O&G Ventures since 2005, in 7 corporate partnerships. These have included transactions with Suites International Corp Pte Ltd, Mezzo Italian Restaurant, Indonesian Style Pondok Laguna, Forwarding & Logistic Firms and shares portfolio from various firms on the Singapore Public Listed Exchange.

We believe that teaming up with corporate partners enables us to benefit from access to their knowledge base and anticipated synergies and to compete more effectively against other bidders.
